Market Structure, Liquidity Zones & High-Probability Setups Across FX, Metals & Yen Pairs

At Value Flow Trading, we kicked off today’s Market Color session by diving deep into EURUSD and GBPUSD, analyzing how both pairs are currently positioning themselves in the broader market structure. For EURUSD, we walked everyone through the key liquidity levels and the developing box pattern that may trigger our next sell setup. GBPUSD, however, showed a bit more strength compared to the euro, so we agreed to sit on our hands and wait for a clearer sell signature before committing to any position. As always, we reminded our community that patience is part of the strategy, not a delay and we planned to return to our gold analysis right after a short break.

We then transitioned into our shared analysis of the precious metals market. We reviewed last week’s buy-to-sell behavior and highlighted why we expect further downside retracement into the 0.78 zone. On the daily timeframe, we broke down how price tapped into a weekly POI and showed strong sell pressure, while on the 4-hour chart we spotted a 3-zone bearish structure confirming a market structure shift. Together, we noted an indecision candle and a wide fair value gap that suggest price is likely to return to a premium zone before offering the next meaningful opportunity. On the 1-hour timeframe, we identified a clean shoulder pattern something we always look out for signaling that liquidity above may be taken before the bigger move plays out. Throughout this breakdown, we emphasized what we consistently preach: managing risk, avoiding emotional entries, and allowing smart money concepts and liquidity behavior to guide us.

We wrapped up the session with our joint breakdown of GBPJPY and EURJPY. As a team, we expect GBPJPY to sell once price sweeps a nearby liquidity point, while EURJPY is poised for a bearish reaction once price taps the level we marked during last Friday’s New York session. We reminded everyone in the community to trade carefully during the New York session, especially when volatility spikes and liquidity grabs are more common. We reinforced our commitment to teaching proper risk management, high-probability setups, and structure-driven entries because at Value Flow Trading, our goal is to help our traders grow with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
